The Waterfall Legend
In Japanese folklore, thousands of Nishikigoi carp struggle against the fierce currents of the Yellow River. The one carp that ascends the roaring waterfall is transformed by the heavens into a majestic dragon.
In the concrete canyons of Los Santos, that current is the underground racing scene. Street racers, drift pilots, and syndicate enforcers all fight against the tide. Nishikigoi Cars was built to arm those drivers with the machines capable of climbing that waterfall.
